Bilingual Texas Campaign

Background

Texans Care for Children launched the Texas Early Childhood English Learner Initiative (TECELI) in 2020 in collaboration with Philanthropy Advocates, Intercultural Development Research Association (IDRA), and several other partners and stakeholders.

Media

I built a new website with a blog component, templates for external-facing documents, and developed color schemes.

TECELI Website

I built a new website using Squarespace. I designed and built all pages, accordion drop-downs, navigation menus, engagement calls-to-action, and I integrated a language translation content management system.

I created motion graphics, like lower-thirds and titles, using Adobe After Effects, and captions from Adobe Premiere.
