Development Event Materials
Background
Texans Care for Children’s (TCFC) fundraising and development initiatives include various donor events and an annual award luncheon. The award luncheon celebrates impactful change-makers in the community and is the organization’s primary fundraising event.
Media
I designed a full suite of event collateral, including event invitations, luncheon programs, award certificates, sponsorship packages, day-of donation forms, and venue wayfinding signage. In 2021, I organized and produced a livestream event to accommodate COVID constraints.
2021 Livestream Event Video
Because COVID concerns prevented in-person events in early 2021, in collaboration with the development team, we developed a virtual event solution. I produced the 2021 event livestream using Open Broadcaster Software (OBS), DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere, and Adobe After Effects. I also embedded a social media ticker to our event webpage to accommodate live-tweeting by staff during the event.
2020 Event Print Collateral
The print collateral I designed included all components of hardcopy communications shared with sponsors and donors. Working with commercial printers, I ensured all collateral was printed to specification and on schedule. The gallery images include:
an invitation with envelopes,
a program, and
donations forms with a return envelope.
2020 Social Media Images
I produced social media images for Twitter and Facebook to support ticket sales and generate awareness.
